I have been privileged to share embodied movement with people of all walks of life for over 30 years. I’m continuously struck by how these practices, in some way, are always relevant to each and every one of us. The teachings are both timeless and constantly evolving, and there is always something new and fresh to discover and learn. Whether we are lying in stillness or moving with wild abandon, these rich and varied somatic practices from East and West give us permission to be with what is, without reservation, without judgement, to experience what is intrinsic to our humanity: our authentic, embodied presence. This embodied presence is the foundation of coming to know ourselves, which is the first step in transforming our lives and the planet. I am delighted to invite you to join me on this path of discovery into yourself, with plenty of warmth and support from myself and fellow travelers. Together, let’s find out how to be more alive in our own skin, the most authentic version of ourselves, and how to be truly courageous in order to live a vital and open-hearted life.

Through classes and workshops, creative projects and community research and collaboration, my passion is to bring people together through this work, to ask questions, to seek solutions and most importantly, to enjoy the process. Through our own bodies, stories and moment-to-moment experiences, these practices help us to create a rich and complex “global body”, one that joins and supports our personal and collective growth. We start with the body as it is.
