As Director of Embodied Learning for the Indianapolis Movement Arts Collective, I coined the
title OPEN Indy and helped to spearhead this unique collaboration between IMAC and other
local theater organizations, including NoExit Performance, Big Car, the District Theatre and Indy
Convergence. We are grateful for the regular grant support we have received from the Arts
Midwest Touring Fund and the Arts Council of Indianapolis for this annual event. OPEN Indy has
now had three successful years running in Indianapolis!

From 1999-2016, I collaborated with dozens of artists across disciplines as artistic director of Shen & Bones Performance Group and received regular funding from state and local funding organizations. My work with Shen & Bones as well as solo works have been presented throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, as well as Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Ashville, N.C. Shen & Bones collaborated with various artists and arts organizations, including the PACA Theater, the Erie Art Museum, LakeArts Foundation and Weirdo Theatre. I am honored to be an associate artist with pounds per square inch performance and featured in Butoh: Metamorphic Dance and Global Alchemy, by Sondra Fraleigh.
