What is EmbodieDance?
EmbodieDance is an hour-long immersive movement experience that helps us to release tension and stress, awaken our senses and imagination, and widen our palette of movement skills together. Relax and enjoy as Lani guides you through a unique and eclectic blend of both ancient and contemporary mindful movement practices from East and West that will leave you feeling deeply refreshed, centered and integrated. Each class is a unique journey that begins with centering, grounding and finding balance, followed by active movement explorations that work the whole body safely and deeply, closing with cool down movements, rest and meditation for full body integration. This work is accessible and beneficial to people of all walks of life and any level of experience. All are welcome!
