About the event

In this new mindfulness meditation 4-part series, Lani will offer guidance in a variety of heart-centered meditation practices designed to develop our natural capacity for warmth, compassion and gladness towards ourselves and all of life. In this process, we notice the blocks to these states that may be present within us, and without judgement or rejection, we practice with whatever is here, with the recognition that what is already here is exactly what we need to nourish and to heal our hearts.
