Getting back in touch

The last two years have been a profound challenge for so many reasons, as many of us suffered from not enough physical touch.



From infancy to old age, touch is an essential aspect of our human need to feel supported, loved and connected to each other. Many of us became starved for this essential human need as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially those who live alone.


Is there someone you know who might feel isolated or alone? Whether it's a hug or even just a compassionate hand on theirs, your touch can make a big difference.
